During an initial introductory meeting, you present your question to us as precisely as possible. We check the legitimate interest of your request, analyse its relevance and legality, and consider the possibilities of the investigation. We then define the modus operandi tailored to the assignment: the necessary manpower, technical resources and budget.
During the investigation, the detectives keep you updated on the evolution, possibly with interim observations accompanied by appropriate advice on the next course of action. At the end of the assignment, we hand you a detailed final report with the evidence, advice on your next steps included!
Laws and regulations for detectives
To carry out the profession of private detective within all legal and deontological frameworks, every detective is required to have a licence and state his licence number on every document. SV Investigations' detectives are licensed in Belgium and the Netherlands which means we are allowed to conduct legally valid investigations in both countries and meet all strictly controlled standards. Investigations in other countries are conducted through strictly chosen local private investigators who comply with local laws and regulations. This is the only way the entire 100% file is legally valid.
