Private detective – adultery investigations and evidence
It is never good to have doubts when you are in a relationship. However, recognising and proving infidelity or cheating is not a straightforward matter. As private detectives, we investigate any suspected infidelity so that you no longer have to live in the dark or need to reach hasty conclusions.
The best advice for anyone who wishes to establish that adultery is being committed in his/her marriage is to turn to a lawyer. The family court will then authorise a court bailiff to establish the adultery. Before adultery can be established by the bailiff, a private detective needs to corroborate the adultery in a preliminary investigation. This investigation proves that the adulterous couple are seeing each other on a regular basis and/or stay with each other. It means that the opposing party will be unable to challenge the adultery once it has been established by the court bailiff.
